I like how the season progresses, my love for their story did as well.
S1: 7/10 barely made it through the mid part

This is a nice one to come back to when you want a nice simple read. The conflicts aren't as angsty or intense as other works in this genre(there is still an attempted murder but compared to others it's fairly tame), there's no sexual assault or overly long misunderstanding plot lines, and everything ends on a satisfying enough note. Definitely a nice story, I'm just a super picky critic. (I'd explain what bothered me but it's 3am and my eyes feel like they're on fire.)
