one of my favourites for sure
its a bl but it's mostly focused on the game the characters play (a lot of people doubted it was even a bl) its actually so sweet and nice

Kinda bad on Kizoku Tensei - Megumareta Umare kara Saikyou no Chikara o Eru
Strong start but MC becomes a sociopath - Not in the serial killer sense but in his callousness...
He begins viewing people purely as numbers added to his own strength, his special ability is leeching off those he rules, the more followers, the more strength... fine, whatever right?
But he later has kids and he begins viewing them the same way! Numbers added to his stength, if they're born with better abilities, he gives them better treatment.
He barely spends time with his wives, he rotates his nights with them in their own seperate rooms, why??? Even if it's a pile of you and a bunch of 10/10 in a giant a** bed, that's far better than sleeping alone when you have WIVE(S).
Also, the emperor does this as well - it's STATED though because we never actually see the emporers women, we never see MC's mother or his stepmothers, they just exist off screen, no bonding, no meeting, nothing, just there in their rooms to please MC's father whenever he wants.
And the stupid fuc**** random powerups he's just randomly gets feels so unearned, he stumbles across SSS rank type sh** out of nowhere and gets it with zero effort, no struggle, no hardship, nada.
This entire story feels like like some dude telling the viewer his medieval fantasy of how his life would be rather than any actual cohesive story.
This did not deserve the manga adaptation it got and the fact that it got an anime one is insulting to the dozens of other castle/medival fantasies like this that did it better.
