The start off can be a tad confusing with a couple of missing chapters (you can find a link to them in the comments from a fellow reader!) But as long as you pay attention it starts getting clear and enjoyable! Finished it within 24 hours and I'm totally obsessed with it and absolutely crying my a** off

I'm a cankerous wh*** for eye candy. But you already knew that, if you've seen me around. I just like sparkles, and shinies, and luminous sh**. Give me a visually outstanding manga and, chances are, I'm already yours. That's the rule for yaoi and po** in general, absolutely, but it's enforced in SFW stuff too. I am nothing but consistent.
Hence, it's rare happening when I give the Grand Accolade of Ivern to black and white works, or even mangas with a more simplified artstyle. Again, I'm a superficial bi***. This one tho. This baby. This manga has pretty normal art. I like the character design, but it's standard in every other way.
Except the characterization is a gift from g**. Like, they are perfect. Not saying they are perfect people, they are just perfect characters. Sakamura is simply a cowardly mess. An easily plied dolt who needs a serious beating. And then you have Nao, which, incidentally, is a heavy weight boxer ready to hit him in the teeth with a folded metal chair.
It's so, so satisfying. It's like eating all the vegetables, leaving the morsel of actually good food to go down in one gulp. The anticipation, while the plot cooks... The final infliction of pain after the build up, the sheer drama of it all... Simply perfect. Simply chef kiss. This short lovestory has better pacing that 90% on the other stuff on here.
I am a wh***. But even whores deserve to enjoy this kind of flawless dramatic suspance. Giving it the GAI, and a kiss. I'm leaving the brothel to live with it, and the wedding is next month.
