It says on going, but the main series is actually complete (finishes around chap. 88.) What's ongoing is some side stories, which are also very nice reads.
The series is very sweet and the love interest isn't a raging red flag, which i personally enjoy. For those wondering, there is no nonconsensual nsfw scenes.
Seasons 1-2 are really good, the series takes a little bit of a dip at the beginning of season 3, but then picks up again and becomes on par with, if not better than, the first two seasons.
