Meh on AI: Patrol Car!
The best way to describe this manga is Japanese Female version of Knight Rider. It's a police car with a Female AI that pretty much behave like a teenage girl.
It's entertaining, but not really that funny, since the author is using the typical boy meets girl trope and dramas, imagine a regular teen girl+ teen boy trying to get along while fighting constantly over silly stuff, that's pretty much the entirety of the manga.

Sucks big time on Serial Killer Isekai ni Oritatsu
Extremely boring.
Goddess with angel management crisis commands MC to be a Shinigami to do her bittings.
MC gets gender bendered, and the his/her cheat item is a guide book, that reveals information on the 12 heroes he/she needs to kill, while the goddess is comfy in her realm watching MC like a J-drama TV to see how "fun" is the development of the targetted killings and MC's progress on the hit list.
With no cheat skill he/she (MC) resorts to drama, deception and traps to kill his/her targets. The manga jumps from theme to theme of typical tropes like ganster paradise, baka church believers, cheap hero drama, etc...
Author is using carrot on a stick method revealing a little bit at a time about MC & goddess agreement back story, to keep luring the reader to keep reading.
This whole manga is all about deception and be deceived.
There is no fun, no coolness, no awesomness in this manga, it did not live up to expectations.

This is really nice. Like, really nice. It's easy to read, well pace, leaves you with this warm feeling that everything is going to be fine.
If you're tired of this heavy stories with toxic relationships and red flags this is exactly what you need.
