This kind of bl's is called omegaverse. Society is divided into three genres : alphas (very strong, can get man and woman pregnant), omegas (cute, male omegas can get pregnant) and betas (like people of the real world). Omegas and alphas have pheromones (it's like a personal scent that awakes sexual desires) and only them have the capacity to sense them ( betas can't ). They experience periods of rut (alphas) and heat (omegas) during which they feel a urge to have s** (like animals), they can't control their pheromones, it's kinda like being drunk. So they have to take special pills to stay sane. When an alpha and an omega want to stay together forever, they can mark each other. That will make them be able to react to their partner's pheromones only and it will show to others that they're really taken.
