Pretty good on A Thousand Cranes
Competent and simple. A perfect 8½ on the Ivern Scale™️.
It's one of those mangas that actually suffer from my type of grading system. You see, each component, from art, to writing, to characterization is actually a 8, due also the relatively short amount of chapters that limit the amount of development it can sustain.
The rarity is the fact that there isn't even one of these aspects in which it falls short. It's incredibly stable. But not exceptional. So I need to bend over backwards to grade it properly, correcting the judgment for the overall great standard of the result.
A good, enjoyable read for when you need to get detached from the gangrenous hellpit that is life, for an hour at most.

The dude looks like a little kid!!! He also seems to be the size of one too considering he looks shorter than me (im like 4'11-5'0) its okay and normal to be short to this extent however considering the genre this seems kinda pedophilic. The only defense is "GUYS GUYS IK HE LOOKS LIKE A CHILD BUT HE'S THE LEGAL AGE" this kind of fetish (along with the opposite version of legal aged girl that looks like a child as well as getting sexualized) is disgusting. I don't care that its fictional, its still morally wrong. I

Great story and nice characters
The only "downgrade" is that half the manga is missing.
It jumps from volume 46 straight to the 80.
Haven't found eny other site that have all the missing ones :(
