Pretty good on Another Happy Day For The Villainess
Honestly, it's very nice. It has got a great translation, straightforward writing, and good art. I like their eyes, and I very much like Xavi's paw beans. His leopard form in general is simply totes adorbs (this is a technical term) and the cuddly puppy sheaningans with him are prime fluff material. (Also technical term trust me).
It does have limits, tho. The plot is the usual "I transmigrated in a novel and now I'm rich, bìtch.". Always fun. Always entertaining. FL is great at being a bossbabe, and great at spending money. But that's all that there is to her character. She is not clever, nor strong, nor adept at anything. She uses power and authority with confidence, the end. The male cast does not fare much better. We have, in order:
- a psychotic mommy boy with self esteem issues bigger than his fuc**** ego. Yes, it's nonsensical, but negative narcissism works that way. The problem is, his character doesn't have an internal logic. Why did he go that far? What's the real reason for their pact? It's not understandable, at least for now, and I think it's not gonna make sense.
- a poor boy with self esteem issues bigger than his rizz, which is admittedly very big, but also, again. Nothing else to him.
- a sneaky boy who is interested in FL, then in love with FL, then acquaintance-zoned by FL.
- Xavi. The main love interest. Are you tired of dealing with besti*****, grooming, pedophilic undertones and obsessive codependent attachment in mangas? WHY NOT HAVING THEM ALL UNCOMFORTABLY ROLLED INTO ONE CHARACTER? It's not that baaaaaad, really, but he is just "Problematic: the ML™️".
The interactions between them are left to surface level stuff, at least at chapter 60. Their story has some mysteries in it but is otherwise barebones and pleeeeenty predictable. Which is to be expected, in the genre, but at least make it enjoyable and articulated.
It's an 8+. I had hoped for more.

Sucks big time on Please Throw Me Away
I hate it i dropped it a long time ago
the fl is very weak I tried to read it again but I couldn't I just can't stand the fl being pushed around (it's my opinion tho)
