Rocks on Bagjwi Sayug
its talks about trauma, healing and self love. it touches on sensitive topics such as abuse, sh and mental issues. Its a story centered around the theme of vampires but it isn't really explored too much so i wouldn't say it's the most important thing about the story.
An important theme in the story is probably "family". just gonna leave it at that
the mc's story and everything he had to go through really made me emotional. you might find him annoying sometimes but it's probably because of how fragile his mind has become after getting hurt so many times.
its a really emotional story with both angst and fluff lmao. it might not be your cup of tea but i personally think it's great!

Spoiler!
I wouldn't blame the mc for always thinking about getting abandoned by the ml because he has suffered from so many cases of abandonment before. he wanted to be loved, but it was hard for him to start trusting the world again. overtime, his scars may slowly heal. (fyi: side stories will get angsty, will be all worth it though. :)

Meh on Seashell boy
When I first read this manhwa, I honestly thought, "hey this is actually kinda good and I really like this." We'll I was right and wrong. Pearl boy is about a drunk man with a terrible haircut and leather clothing, coming across a resturant with a boy whose very sassy and a bit uptight but has a dark secret.
Is it good? In it's own way, yes.
Would I recommend it? Maybe, its a little disappointing but enjoyable.
8.4 out of 10

Pretty good on The Odd One Next Door
Mangas tend to idealize people. Two reasons for that: simplifing them makes for easier characterization, and also it makes them more likeable to the audience. It's a win win for the author, but it's a trade-off for the reader.
The couple here is instead pretty realistic. They are written with definite shortcomings, especially ML. Siwan is... a wreck. He is confrontational, he is rigid, he is pushy, he's boorish. Honestly speaking, he is not a good person at all. Trauma tends to do that to you. But maybe, just maybe, he is a good person specifically for Gaeun, our FL. Which is also kinda unique in being flawed and hurt.
So I approve of the characters. I approve of the art, too, which is good. What I don't really live for is the plot itself. Not boring, not at all, but centered entirely around miscommunication, fortuitous chances and speedy evolution of their relationship. They don't make progress naturally. Given their circumstances, silent conversations and plenty of experiences together are needed to develop real affection. Instead, the realistic characterization is squandered by fueling the relationship development with chance trigger events.
The author should've gone all the way, if he wanted a realistic and grounded love story. You need to match the plot to the cast. Otherwise it's unnatural, and it results in pretty abusive and stalkerish behavior being romanticized just because it's needed to progress the plot.
All in all, a missed chance, but still it has very articulated and enjoyable characters. 8+ on the Ivern Scale™️.

Sucks big time on Hugo
I didn't like this manga personally. I am so disgusted by the uke. He didn't deserve Jamil. If they were gonna make it threesome they should have added the tag and add prey on the display panel.the ml was so good to him but he betrayed him anyway.i don't really recommend reading this (u can if u want to)
