Rocks on The Baby Isn’T Yours
It's a really cute mamhwa with beautiful art! A good recommendation for people who like possessive/yandere ml, strong main couple, OP GOATED FL(!!!!), BEAUTIYFL FL(!!!!!), and kids in manhwas(idk how to generalize this one)
The plot is really good, sometimes it's just a little inconsistent and translations become a headache sometimes, but overall, it's really good!
Summarized plot:
Calia, our dearest FL, who is the strongest captain in her country accidently gets pregnant by her best friend. She decides to retire and run away in hopes for her best friend not to find out. We then follow along with our dear FL journey of pregnancy, figuring out her love life and spending time and exploring with her friends. Side note: ML isn't all too bad, just a little...really mental(?

Pretty good on Youngest Son of the Renowned Magic Clan
Uhm. What are you all doing here? Having fun? Enjoying yourself? You like this one, uh? Well well well. We definitely can't have that. Someone must do something about it. I'll let you be happy when hėll freezes over.
Incredible prospects. High expectations. But, rough edges. Very rough, in fact.
First of all, the art. I really don't have much to say about it. It is fine, but only up until a certain limit. Only when it is in its comfort zone. It's fine for the faces. SOME expressions. Go out of the lines and it starts showing some hiccups. Like deformations and off model errors. Messy action overall.
World building. The world building in a action manga is pivotal. It's what nerds crave, the ticket for your escapism ride. You need to sell me the fantasy. I know it's canonical that the world building is sh** because he wrote it like that in the original story but... I can only stomach so much. An industrial skyscraper in a medieval setting is not included in that. *spits* The rest is a bit uninspired, but I'm mostly mad about the lack of taste that breaks immersion. I know it's explained; still lazy.
Writing. It's a shonen. Precisely, a murim shonen. It doesn't even try to hide it. "Magic"? More like Ki in drag. Is that baaaad? No. Is it a well executed concept here? Nooope. People think that MC is smart, and I gotta say, I'm not surprised given your standards. In fact, his reasoning doesn't flow. The writers give him the solution and then they try to reverse engineer the explanation on how to reach it. Failing in doing so. The action formula here is like an old school point and click game: it uses moon logic to combine random trash and mcguffins in powerups because of course the Lunar Bead of Cheeseseeing can form the Ultimate Seal of Fondue if fused with earwax. Pure nonsense.
It's fun, but nothing more than that. You can enjoy some mess, as a treat, but do not mistake it as a masterpiece. 7+ on the Ivern Scale™️. On the lower end of the 4 stars, almost 3.
