Rocks on Beware of the Full Moon In March
I love this story! Now keep in mind that the ML is absolute trash and our MC gets abused by ML. However, no matter how much I hate the ML towards the end I start shipping it. Idk what it is because there's really not much character development, but something happens and ML is just devastated/regretful. Normally to me that wouldnt mean jack as its not enough to make up for what he did (it'll never be enough), but i just cant help being happy at the ending of this season. Maybe its the beautiful art. Anyways the MC is just a big teddy bear and I'm completely in love. 10/10 most def recommend.

Pretty good on Saikyou no Shien-shoku "Wajutsushi" Dearu ore wa Sekai Saikyou Kuran o Shitagaeru
One should be careful to fu** with the Rule of Cool, y'know? It is a dangerous, unwieldy power. Those who err on its usage end up being mere edgelords, and that's no way to live, gorg.
This baby has lots of guts. I can appreciate that. The gimmick here, the "I've got a weak class but I'm actually strong", is common. What is also common is how it's fuc**** betrayed by the authors who used it, almost always. So the weak skill, even if a bit zany, becomes nonsensically overpowered by chapter 20. How many "I've got the power to polish turds but I can actually make em in lethal weapons and also use them to kill g** because the mere disrespect to be cut by literal sh** makes him lose his divinity" have you read? Too many.
This is not that. It has a credo, principles. It has standards. MC does not, for now, have an OP powerset, truly, but what he does have is the determination to use whatever the fu** he has at his disposal, to the fullest extent. You gotta respect that... how smart he is, how unflinchingly ruthless he is.
My problem, really, lies with the characterization. It wants to be cool. It needs to be, or without OP sheaningans the reader retention will go to sh**. And it is cool, I admit. I had plenty of "oh gawd" moments, most of its tries end up succeeding, but some moments try too hard. Sometimes it crosses the line, and the cringe can be felt. The characters follow the same logic: there is effort put in them, they are written with a brain, but they are very over the top.
I dunno, I want to give it 5 stars. Truly, I do. I enjoy it so much. The writing's clumsiness itself is charming. But I gotta be realistic, and I'll settle for a 8½ on the Ivern Scale. Still, please read it. You will like it for sure.

I have to, be deceived by alot of manhua/manhwa/webtoon where the mc were selled as weak prota but get overpowered then.

@zorg bl you are asking for something very rare, I'm afraid. It's difficult to sell truly "average" protagonists. This one was particular due its rare traits for a reason.
I'll try tho. Recently, I've reviewed Infinite Leveling: Murim, and it attempts at maintaining a stable power up with its MC, described as someone "with no natural talent" but "great at putting effort into things". Check it out because it somewhat succeeds.
Also recent in my reviews: I became the Tyrant of a Defence Game. And this one is atypical. You should read it anyway since I gave it the Grand Accolade of Ivern™️, but MC is practically incapable of sustained DPS, so it could be what you are searching for. The struggle is real.
Lastly, The S-Classes That I Raised. Again, this is a GAI holder: reading it is imperative. But also, it's about nurturing power in others, so MC is... Well, read my review on its page and you will get it. In short, he is Best Daddy.
