Rocks on I Awoke as an Imprisoned Villainess
I love this so much. All the characters including side characters are well built and not stereotypical. The whole story in fact is unlike anything I've read before. I was worried that since MC had a clear "sad" backstory she'd be some dense crybaby but it's clear she's strong-willed and kind. I worried that because she was clearly designed as a "heroine-esque" character that she would be oblivious and innocent but she was able to uncover things for herself without it being handed to her on a silver platter. Finally I LOVE the ML. Even when he originally didn't believe MC saying she'd been body-swapped and thought it was his "evil fiance" he still treated her like a human being. A lot of these transmigration stories feature MLs that start out as utter assh**** that manhandle MCs. Luckily our man even when he thought he'd change in behavior was a "plot" kept things professional as a knight. I'm so excited for where this is headed. Not to mention the art is gorgeous and versatile. I feel like a lot of manga artists seem to struggle differentiating characters without relying on colors or hairstyles but all the characters are so beautiful yet also different. AHHHH I LOVE THIS SO MCUH

Sucks big time on The Banished Villainess! Living the Leisurely Life of a Nun Making Revolutionary Church Food
im so disappointed, it had potential but half way it blew it. i loved the beginning, the way she got closer to the knight and all was nice, and i liked her enjoying her new life as a nun in the temple. However, it took an unexpected dark turn out of nowhere. This random prince guy, who's obsessed with her, started

hunting her down in the forest after she went to pick raspberrys, and then he chased her, found her in a cabin, and he was going to r@pe her. he|l nah, I read this to have a nice lighthearted story, what the he|l? she was saved by the ML but still, he straight up said "its a shame our first time will have to be in a log cabin but it'll do," or something and "I'm not one for violence but if that's what it takes for you to behave so be it." he also puts his face in her chest. when the ML comes and it reveals that the cabin is his, the freak prince says "what a treat to do this in the bed of my rival, let me show you how cute Elizabeth is," YUCK, what the f*ck is this? I thought this was a cute little story, wtf? thankfully he doesn't remove any of her clothing, shes rescued by the ML, but what if he didn't find her and save her? its disgusting.
of course, I have a strict rating system that goes with every single story I read and i am picky, so if a story is a 4 star story wise and art wise but it goes against my standards it'll easily drop to a 1 for me. my standards are as follows,
does it contain incest? does it contain pedophelia? does it contain any mention of sexual assault or r@pe?

this one doesn't contain incest or pedophelia, however, as stated in the spoiler tag, there's a r@pe attempt. my issue with the mention of this is that its always made light of, genuinely, all these stories just use it as a plot device for drama, its sickening. she was almost r@ped and you mean to tell me its ok? not only that, shes a women of the temple, a nun, sure their nuns are different than ours considering that the higher rank nuns can get married, but the point still stands. the thing that pis*** me off most is that shes still in good terms with the random royal bas**** that popped out of nowhere for plot purposes?
