just because he isn't immediately strong doesn't mean he's weak. It's honestly unrealistic for the mc to suddenly become insanely strong just because he got a holy sword. He's hard working, genuine and understands his weakness and strives to get better. You're just used to every mc being op but it's tiring once you read enough of them, this is a good change in pace. You don't have to comment if you don't like it
mc is not weak, even before he received the hoky sword he's by no means weak, it's your own perception that made him look weak, also what's the point of reading it if he's strong from the start? there wouldn't be any character development by then, and I don't care if it's your opinion because this is my opinion too
