Rocks on Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi
honestly, it became one of my top 20 in romance but unfortunately I'm almost up to date and thus I stopped at chp 73 bcus I don't want to be mad bcus it's still not completed and I'll wait until it is and reread it once again but it's very good and the first chp may be a bit weird bcus our mc is a bit feminine in some aspects but overall it's quiet wholesome and miwa is best waifu and no one can change my mind!!!!!

Rocks on Medical Return
I loved reading this manhwa. I have always loved reading anything medical-related. And while this was not the first resurrected MC medical manhwa I have read. I will say it is on par to my number 1 (which is Doctor Elise).
The difference between that and this is that this focused a lot more on the happenings in the hospital and the patients than the romance factor. I love that this story showed depth of character (for the main characters), interesting surgery and disease cases as well as resolution for those surgery/disease cases. I loved that the MC is a TRUE doctor through and through. Regardless of his situation he will always think about the patients first.
Not gonna lie but my second most favorite character here is a villain (Sangmin). I felt the sadness in his soul in this manhwa. He's a villain of circumstances and yes, that doesn't excuse his actions all throughout this story but after getting to know him, I felt like what he really needed is a 'chance' to live differently.
All in all, if you like something more medically-focused than romance-focused, this is a gem to read!
